About Jerry

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a leader on the field. I am in command and have the ability to read and understand the defense we are up against. Players rally behind me and know that I am a competitor who is going to give everything I’ve got on every play until the final whistle. When I am on the field my team is never giving up because I never give up.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I believe I am here because God has given me the opportunity to be the best I can be. I am encouraged to spread that to others and I feel that I am made in Gods image so I portray that image in my actions so God is glorified. I am mentally strong and resilient and continue to press on regardless of the circumstance.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I enjoy video production and editing. I am very active in the DSTV program and have produced and edited many high quality sports promotion and programming videos for our school as well as the LHSSA.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a university that offers an opportunity for me to play football at the highest level and offers the educational opportunities that will allow me to grow in my field of interest and equip me to thrive in it.
