The Hoover product is a big bodied edge rusher with heavy hands and knows how to set the edge and play physical at the POA. He doubles as a offensive tackle as well and could find his home on either side of the ball in college. He has the frame to continue packing on weight as a plus length guy as well and should have a breakout junior season for Hoover and make some noise in the central valley. He is a still raw and developing prospect but plays with violent hands, a high IQ and can eat up blocks/take on pullers with ease and is a very high motor kid that is always around the ball and can chase down ball carriers backside.
