He will be a star for Coach Crisp, and I believe he will go over 1,200 yards on the ground. This could be viewed as a bit bold, but off the back of Fries having a huge season, it seems only reasonable that Frost will have a huge season. It wouldn’t be shocking one bit if the Tigers want to be a run-first team, which is very possible with Frost in the backfield.

He is one I am watching closely due to his great size and his rare ability to use his speed to bounce it to the outside effortlessly. Very good running back with great vision, which will be the key to success, considering he will have huge shoes to fill. Frost may be the player I am most excited to see on the Ringgold roster in 2026, along with Bo Green Bo Green 5'10" | 160 lbs | ATH/QB Ringgold | 2028 GA , who is also a talented prospect on this team. Coach Crisp has this team in great shape.

One of the top returning running backs in Northwest Georgia, Frost is a strong, physical back who runs hard behind his pads while bringing above-average speed to the Ringgold offense. He can run between the tackles with the ability to score from anywhere on the field when he gets in the open field. He’s a guy who can put the offense on his back and has a chance to be one of the area’s top backs once again this fall as a junior. According to Prep Redzone, Frost is now the No. 38 running back prospect in the state.

I like his size at 5’11 195. He is stout and rolls tacklers off him. He is a master at taking the yards available. All around, he is a solid RB who plays the position well, has good size, and has adequate speed for the position. I think he’s one of the best RBs in the NW corner of Georgia and deserves more love than he’s getting.
