Jemere is a player who is poised to take a big step his junior season. Have talked with Severn coaching staff recently and they are high on Jemere’s potential and how his development is coming along. Jemere is a physical up safety who plays close to the LOS and flies around the field. Has a good frame/build to fill out and good twitch in his hips to change direction and attack the play. He is a SS right now but can see him developing into the hybrid SS/OLB rover role a lot of teams use now.

While just sneaking into the rankings this time around, Jemere is a name to get on your radar now. He is a high academic player with a 3.9 GPA as he could have a strong breakout junior year, making him an intriguing prospect going forward.
