Primarily playing slot corner, Jeffrey served as a great role player for Sexton last season. I especially like his ability to stop the run and screen pass. Against those plays, Jeffrey wastes little time accelerating toward the ball carrier. Jeffrey is small but packs a punch when he’s got a head of steam. As a pass-defending DB, Jeffrey shows solid instincts, but I’m not confident in his ability to lock up an excellent receiver one-on-one. A very good skillset for Jeffrey and an absolute beast when defending the run. In the future, I’d love to see him improve his man coverage.
