is the rare cornerback who is long and has great size (6’3″). For someone tall, he has great speed and athleticism. He also has excellent coverage skills. Then, when the ball is thrown in his direction, he has the ball skills to knock it down. Since May, he has gotten offers from Albany, Youngstown, and Ohio. Austin will have a tough decision to make about where he wants to play football, and more offers could come his way.

is one of the better athletes in the 2026 class. The kid is so athletic and fast. When he gets the ball in his hands, he glides by defenders trying to tackle him. Most defensive backs are on the smaller side because of their quickness and ability to get out of breaks; Austin is the exception to the rule. He is 6’4 inches tall and he is fast and athletic enough to get out of breaks. Austin is also physical and good in man-to-man defense. He does an excellent job in press-man situations. He has excellent coverage skills. Austin is a great athlete, and he can play anywhere on the football field.

played as a cornerback last year for Franklin Regional. He showed good man-to-man coverage skills last year. He was good at locking down wide receivers and not letting them get open. When the ball was thrown his way, he then showed good coverage skills to knock down the ball thrown his way. He also showed good zone coverage ability by playing the man, the ball, and his zone. Austin is a good cornerback prospect who recently visited Akron University.
