Expert Analysis
Paul Gregorian | Prep Redzone Scout
Bradley is one of the more explosive and dynamic running backs returning across the bay area and is going to have a monster senior season for the Pirates. He has good first level explosion, short area twitch in tight windows with strong vision and cutback abilities in space while tough to take down in the open field due to contact balance and natural forward lean at the POA. He is a natural runner that see’s the field well and can hit a third level gear to break away from defenders and has a good balance of speed, lateral twitch and power behind his pads. Look for Bradley to be near the top of the NCS rushing leaderboards this Fall and gather plenty of post-season accolades and next level interest/offers.

Bradley had a breakout sophomore season rushing for over 1,200 yards and 13 touchdowns on 184 carriers. He’s a quick twitch ball carrier that showcases impressive acceleration through the line of scrimmage. Able to get to top speed within a few strides make him a threat on insides runs or when hitting the edge. High level change of direction making defenders miss with sharp cuts or quickly adjusting to a gap, his lateral quickness allows him to evade tacklers both in tight spaces and in the open field. Flashes good vision, he consistently shows the ability to read the flow of the defense and identify running lanes, especially the cut back. Going to keep getting better while adding size as he develops.

Bradley checks into our rankings as a top 11 running back in this class and is coming off a nice second season campaign for San Leandro. He is a twitchy runner with a good burst through the first level and can make defenders miss in the hole while a natural pass catcher out of the backfield. He shows good twitch with the ball in his hands and foot speed and is able to run through arm and ankle tackles/shows good contact balance in traffic. Heading into his Junior season, he will be one of the top Junior rushers across the Bay Area and is in line for a big season where he should once again go over the 1,000 yard marker.
