The leading receiver last year for the mighty Lowndes Vikings, Carter is a Southern Miss signee who saw his ranking rise in the latest update, coming in as the No. 37 WR and the No. 279 overall prospect in Georgia for the final 2025 rankings. Carter was outstanding as a senior, catching 50 passes last season for 836 yards and six touchdowns. He ended his career with 108 catches for 1,601 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Well-rounded pass catcher with a high floor. Listed at around 5’11 185, maximizes his catch radius by showing proof of plucking the ball over his head and digging it out of the dirt. He works efficient releases to create separation against different alignments. He can dip his hips at the top of routes to work back to the QB and break over the middle of the field. The Valdosta native is committed to Marshall, but is hoping to end his high school season with a championship. To get that done, Carter and the Vikings will have to get past a tough Buford team on Friday night in round two.
