Newman’s versatility immediately jumps off of the screen. For the Knights he plays receiver, takes handoffs from running back, plays return man on special teams and some defensive back. At the next level Newman will make a good slot receiver with the combination of his experience out of the backfield and receiving skills, he has the potential to develop into a big play threat at either receiver or carrying the ball. City is also returning a lot of talent; this offense is expected to light it up again next season.
