Jackson has been a 4-year starter for Franklin and he is one of the top rushers in the state of Texas in the class of 2025. He has a compact, stout build with a powerful lower half that enables him to break arm tackles with ease. He is powerful runner who runs with excellent leverage, he has great vision that enables him to read his blocks well and when he finds creases in the defense, Jayden explodes to daylight. Jackson has been a mainstay for Franklin and returns for his senior season as a key piece for a team looking for another state title. He has offers from Toledo, UTEP, Wyoming and South Carolina to name a few.

Jackson is a strong runner who has the speed to take it to house. He runs with excellent pad level, he has the power to break arm tackles and he has a low center of gravity. He is a smooth runner with the quickness to make defenders miss in the open field. He has been a three year starter on both sides of the ball for Franklin and he helped lead them to the 3A state title his freshman and sophomore seasons. In 2023 he rushed for 2,432 yards and 33 touchdowns. Jackson has been a featured back in the run heavy Franklin offense. He is 3-star recruit with offers from Wyoming, UTEP, Boston College, Sam Houston, Texas Tech, and Prairie View.
