Guidry is a patient runner who lets his blocks develop before hitting the crease. He finishes runs by fighting for extra yards and doesn’t go down easily. He’s got very quick short-area burst and enough top-end speed to break away when he gets into the open field. He’s got good hands out of the backfield and can be an asset there, too. With his skill set, he’s the type of back who can flip the field in one play, and I think he takes that step this fall.
