Richey is explosive off the football and has good footwork and strength. He is dominate at defensive tackle and an on the offensive line for Tabb High School. A quick first step and power in his upper body Richey can own the line of scrimmage.

Javion is a tough offensive lineman to beat. He has incredible power and is quick off the snap to get going. He has good hands and can swallow smaller defenders easily. I think Richey will be one of the top offensive linemen we see this weekend.

Javion exhibits potential versatility at the next level. He could be effective as both a 4-3 defensive tackle and a 3-4 nose tackle. His ability to consistently handle double teams is a significant strength. Richey 6’1 and 260 lbs. he was a second team all district selection this past fall. Very nimble and has some power behind his blocks, he has a chance to be really special for the Tigers. When his feet are moving and his arms are extended he is a outstanding pass blocker. His run blocking is downright mean and physical which I is why I could see him playing guard at the next level.
