Javion may be ranked #226, but his upside is as high as any. He’s another example of a receiver with ideal size and length but lacking a lot of the little details. First off, his tape is very one-dimensional. Javion runs a lot of streaking deep routes, and converts a lot of those into explosive plays. With that, I have to assume that his speed, ball tracking, and hands are solid.
There are a few comebacks on tape, and Javion showed some RAC ability. One highlight in particular (0:56) shows Javion turn a 5-yard hitch into a 75-yard touchdown.
All in all, he’s a phenomenal high school receiver, looks very athletic, and has to run way better routes and in order to receive many offers.
