From Manalapan, Jason Rodriguez Jason Rodriguez Jason Rodriguez 5'8" | 175 lbs | RB Manalapan | 2025 State NJ is a back that might surprise just about everyone but those on the Braves’ schedule. Blessed with natural bounce and cutback ability, he can make multiple cuts in the backfield before getting to his designed hole. In space, Rodriguez will look to bounce and use the stiff arm to gain the edge; whereas near the goal line he will drive and attack the middle of the line. Rodriguez’s pad level is low, especially as he bursts through the line of scrimmage and maintains good balance, breaking from and staying upright through several tackles. Lastly, Rodriguez will stick his face into his assignment’s chest in pass protection.
