Laughlin has a tight, compact throwing motion with a quick release. He took the coaching points in the pocket with stride and was asking the right questions. He’s a rhythm passer and found a groove in the middle of the camp. The ball came out in time, and he’d have his feet set. He’s got some good zip and spin on the ball, which makes it an easy catch for the guy downfield. He’ll throw with anticipation and try to give his receiver a chance to make a play even when he’s covered.
