Completing 31-of-43 passes for 539 yards and seven touchdowns to no interceptions, Ewing is an apt thrower of the football. On the ground, he’s taken 115 carries for 999 yards and 17 scores, making him a threat to beat opposing defenses in a variety of ways on every single play.

His impact doesn’t stop there, though. Similar to Clark, he’s registered just 20 tackles, but, he’s been a terror on the backend of the defense for opposing quarterbacks. With five interceptions to his name and two pick-sixes with a total of 100 return yards on those interceptions, Ewing is in a five-way tie for second place in total picks so far this season in 8-Man.

Ewing hit opponents from all different angles last season. He threw seven touchdown, ran for 11 scores and caught six TDs. On defense, Ewing collected 51.5 tackles (31 solo, 6.0 TFL), two interceptions and a sack. He averaged 24.7 yards on seven kick returns, housing one of them. It can be tricky evaluating the eight-player game, but Ewing’s junior video highlights match his gaudy statistics. He appears to be playing faster than his opponents, looks explosive and has good size. Ewing probably would fit best at safety defensively. Slot receiver would be a fine home on offense. And he certainly would help on special teams. There’s a lot to like when it comes to Ewing’s future.
