One of the top QBs in DE, as well as the whole MD/DC/DE area, Jameson looks to take control of these playoffs with his play. On the year he accounted for 1,500 yards passing with 15 TDs and only 3 INTs. He also added 700 yard rushing and 9 more TDs on the ground. Jameson is a do it all QB for Cape who can take over a game with his arm or legs.
Jameson has a live, strong arm. Able to push the ball downfield and fight the ball into tight windows. Uses his legs well to extend the play as well as running for big gains. He is play creator type QB, able to make all the throws as well as making something out of nothing when the play breaks down. Cape has a chance to make a push in these playoffs and a high level QB playmaker is definitely a way to do so.
All glory to god! After a great conversation with @Coach_Swest, @Nemo_Washington, and @DeSeanJackson10 I am blessed to receive my second Division One offer from Delaware State University! #AGTG pic.twitter.com/dDBYiwHgcW

Tingle comes into the 2027 season with offers from Delaware and Delaware State. Both in-state Division I programs want to get in early with Tingle. He completed 118-of-216 passes for 1,503 yards, 17 touchdowns, and four interceptions last season. Tingle has a rifle for an arm and gets the ball out with a lot of velocity. I also love his ability to deliver passes off-platform with pinpoint accuracy. Tingle didn’t run for a ton of yards last season, but I do think he has solid mobility.
What I’m looking to see from him this upcoming season: He’s not going to be a high-volume yardage quarterback for his team. Tingle cleared 150-plus passing yards in 3 of 11 games. He’s talented enough to improve on those numbers. Tingle and his teammates faced some tough competition in their last four games. Two of those games were blowouts, and two of those games were close games. Tingle is good enough to help his team improve from 5 wins last season to at least seven wins this season.

Holding on to the #1 QB spot Jameson continues to impress me and I am shocked he doesn’t have more going for him in his recruitment. Currently holding just 1 Offer from in state Delaware, good job on them getting in on a high level in state kid early.
I finally got to see Jameson live this past season and came away just as impressed with his approach to the game as I was his on field skill set. He was relaxed, cool calm & collected and never rattled. Coach also had high praise of his character and work ethic to go along with him being a high academic prospect carrying a 4.4 GPA.
A natural athlete, Jameson is a multi-sport kid playing baseball/basketball as well. This past summer he had a recorded 4.47 40 and it shows on the field. A nice scrambler, he can throw on the run, run zone read and make plays with his legs. Jameson possess a strong arm, can make all the throws and has deadly accuracy. He can laser it in there and hit receivers in stride. He has a real live arm, able to make difficult throws from various angles. Puts great velocity on his passes when needed as well as but necessary air on it to drop it in a bucket. Able to layer it between defenders, goes through his progressions nicely and complete passes across all 3 levels of the passing game. Gets it out quick, good zip/spin/touch and can put it up & down nicely. A do it all QB who from watching in game learned has a very a very strong hard count. He got Hodgson to jump off sides multiple times with it in the game I attended.
With good size and build a 6’2″ and 190, being an athletic QB who can make plays and all the throws and the grades to boot…what is there not to like about Jameson. I will be shocked if he doesn’t blow up this summer as colleges are missing on him so far. A Power 4 QB in the making all day in my mind.
All glory to God! After a great conversation with @ryancarty10 I am blessed to receive my first Division One Scholarship to the University of Delaware. #GoHens pic.twitter.com/fHxyYu2v0T

The biggest sleeper in this class right now, Jameson pops on film and I will look to get eyes on him live early this fall. Standing 6’2″+ 190lbs and having ran a 4.47 40 this summer, there is a lot to love about his game. He’s a 3 sport athlete playing basketball and baseball as well, while also carrying a 4.4 GPA. Jameson had a superb freshman year for Cape Henlopen, passing for over 1,000 yds with 9 TDs through the air, and adding 3 more TDs on the ground. He lead Cape to the 3A state finals before falling to DE power house Salesianum.
On film Jameson shows good pocket awareness and mobility, able to step up or extend the play outside before letting it rip. He can uncork the ball with nice velocity and arm strength, pushing the ball vertically and accurately. He gets great zip on his passes, while being able to layer it between defenders. He can hit passes across all 3 levels of the passing game with ease, and capable of making all the throws. An accurate passer as well, he is able to put the ball right on his receiver allowing for easy receptions, adding touch when needed. Effective in the run game as well. He can scramble for yards or make plays on designed QB runs. Tingle is also very effective when throwing on the run, can roll out and rifle the ball in there.
Jameson recently camped at Wisconsin this summer and had a good showing, so he is starting to get on colleges radars. Currently he holds no offers but I expect that to change after his sophomore season. Jameson has a hose for an arm, throws accurate darts and a high level athlete. There isn’t much to not like about his game and as he continues to develop his skill set, he will certainly be a name to know this fall.
