Muscatine’s James Roberts James Roberts 6'4" | 190 lbs | TE Muscatine | 2027 IA is a player we’ve had on our radar since the end of his freshman year when he first flashed his upside. Now, it looks like James could be set up to take on a bigger role in the Muskies’ offense. James has a great frame for the tight end position at 6’5″ and 200 pounds, with room to continue packing on muscle in the next couple of seasons. We don’t have a ton of film on him, but in the clips available, he displayed strong hands at the catch point and can use his size to take advantage of mismatches. James could also see a bigger role on the defensive line after playing there for the Muscatine reserve team. James has the tools and open opportunities to turn some heads this fall.
