Brown is a 5’11” 160 pound playmaker that moved into Mt. Carmel for his senior year after playing at Northrop High School in Indiana. Super slick and slippery with everything that he does. Explosive speed with the ball in his hands being able to take short passes for long gains. Makes contested catches downfield with his burning speed. Very elusive in the open field which includes his work in the return game. Capable player to run gadget plays with!

– a 5-foot-11, 178-pound playmaker originally from Chicago. Brown has a lot of potential and contributes on offense as well as special teams as a dynamite return man. He has excellent quickness and juice, and flashes explosiveness after the catch. He has good burst off the line of scrimmage and wastes no time pressing vertical. Brown holds offers from several MAC teams as well as Mississippi.
2026 WR Jamari Brown has recently made the move from suburban Chicagoland to the Hoosier State and Fort Wayne’s Northrop High School, so ignore the Illinois designation and count this one as another win for Northrop High School and the Land of Lincoln’s Eastern neighbor. A 5’11, 175 lber., Brown went down to SEC territory and earned an in-person evaled offer from Ole Miss WR coach George McDonald and the Rebels. This was P4 offer #1, but Brown also came into the summer with offers from Central Michigan and Kent State, and added Eastern Michigan and Ball State offers leading up to his SEC scholarship offer. His most updated film is from his freshman season in the fall of 2022, so not a lot for me to break down for you guys, but it’s safe to say this kid is fast, quick, and an effective route runner. Can’t wait to get my hands on some updated tape of his ASAP.
