Lincoln is a still young and developing passer from the pocket, but is one of the top ’28 signal callers across the North Coast Section. He has a strong arm at the first two levels and shows he can put some zip on the ball from the pocket and is tough to take down in one on one situations in the pocket. He has a strong frame and the ideal size for the position with still three years left in his career and should really breakout this Fall with some true deep threat receivers at his disposal on this El Cerrito team.
