Notes + Insight: Shaw is one of the more under-recruited receivers in the state and would be a criminal steal at the FCS level with so much upside and growth potential at the next level. He is a long and rangy receiver with elite downfield speed and a huge catch radius with highpoint abilities when making contested catches. He should have a monster senior year for Roosevelt and could very well see FBS schools come in and offer.

Shaw is every bit of 6-foot-6 and was causing matchup problems all day for defenses. He is a long strider with nice speed and doesn’t just rely on his height to win matchups. Eastern Washington just offered him and I expect more to follow suit.
