Vanpelt came into the year showing potential from last year and needed to build on what he showed from his junior year. Not only did he come out and back it up, but he added another layer to what he can do. He’s shifty and can create separation with ease. He’s good in the slot and always finds the open zones. He knows how to work with his QB when things break down and tries giving him a target. Through the final 2 years of his HS career, he’s put up 105 receptions for 1877 yards and 29 TDs. He’s been highly productive while consistently getting better, which is all you can ask for.
