Phillips playing for Utica-Proctor is once again having himself a good season. The Senior has accumulated over 1,000 yards of total offense this season in just six games, making an impact in the passing and rushing game for his squad.

Despite the 2-4 start to the season, time remains for his squad to reach .500, and with Phillips starring it will easily help. He has shown good speed, and the ability to carve through a defense on the ground, which has allowed his team to create big gains. I like his footwork too, and on tape, we can see some sharp cuts, along with making defenders miss across the field. Phillips is a prospect who has impressed me to start 2026.
