Randolph has all the makings of a special receiver if he keeps developing like he is. His tape is special. He’s got a good football IQ and knows how to get open late. He’s got good speed, great ball skills, and can press the defense. He has very little, if any, wasted movement off the line which helps tremendously. I can easily see Randolph being a top receiver in the class at the end of the day and his 400 yards and 4 TDs should be just the beginning.
