The Lockett brothers were a dangerous combo for the Tigers this past season. Jacob is ranked No. 15 overall by Prep Redzone Kansas. He caught 37 balls for 609 yards. He was on the receiving end of eight touchdowns for Blue Valley in nine games. His skills will only continue to improve as he works, trains, and competes with his brother.

Lockett will be added to the rankings this week. He has had a productive sophomore season for Blue Valley. Lockett has seen action in at least five varsity games this season, but I am unsure if that is all or if his team’s stats on Max Preps are incomplete. He runs crisp routes and has plus speed. He is a multi-sport prospect who plays point guard on the basketball court and pitches and plays the outfield on the baseball diamond.
