Jacob has developed into a quality receiver. He has improved his route running and his hands from last season. His routes this year are smoother, and he catches with his hands a lot more. He IQ shows as he finds pockets in defenses and and comes back to the QB when the play breaks down. He can make tough catches on the boundary or in traffic; and is noticeably bigger this year making him tougher to bring down. Much improved from previous seasons and may see a bump in rank if he continues to have a good spring.
