Savona measures in at 6’0 175-pounds playing RB/OLB for Eaton. This past season, he carried the rock 204 times for 1378 yards with 14 touchdowns, 6 receptions for 36 yards, 18 total tackles (5 solo, 13 assisted), 1 TFL, and 1 sack. Savona has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, balance, and good change of direction. Very good vision paired with smooth cuts. If a hole is covered, he’ll jump cut into the open one effortlessly. Very good inside and outside running. He turns the corner and uses his homerun speed to blaze past defenders. He’ll bulldoze through the middle of the OL. Savona consistently gets yards after contact. He turns would be tackles into big gains. Good catching out of the backfield as well. As a defender, he has good blitz takeoff speed paired with good strength. Kid’s a stud.
