Harvey was at the 7-on-7 camp a few weeks ago and looked good, but didn’t leave with any awards. However, the same player I saw that day was the same one I saw at the X-Factor camp. He’s a good athlete who knows how to use the field and get open. He’s got reliable hands and will be able to make catches through contact. He’s lengthy, can get behind the defense, and has the vertical to go up and compete for the ball. I’d be shocked if he didn’t have a big breakout season this fall just based on everything I’m seeing and how he’s trending.

One of the most consistent WRs there this weekend was Harvey. Harvey is a guy I know and have covered, but it’s the first time I got to see him work in person. He’s incredibly athletic and has a good feel for the football field and how to create space. He’s not afraid of contact when going up for a ball and will fight tooth and nail each rep. He was great downfield and his ability to go up and bring down the ball when in tight spots didn’t go unnoticed. When his team needed a conversion they looked for Harvey and he came through.
