One of the top 2028 signal callers across the state, Heaslet is having a tremendous sophomore season campaign for St. Joseph and is a true dual-threat guy that can do tons of damage with his arm and legs. He has tight mechanics/throwing motion and can get the ball out quick while showing he can throw on the run and buy time with his legs with downfield speed and a good initial burst and some wiggle in the open field as well. Heaslet also shows he can deliver on schedule throws to a variety of targets with throw anticipation and accuracy in tight windows over the top or on out-breaking routes. In week 7, he had another big showing throwing for over 260 yards and 3 scores and has the Knights sitting at 6-1 with only suffering a opening week loss to Tulare Union. Look for them to make a strong post-season push in the central section playoffs.
