is a prospect I have not yet seen play live. Aside from having the perfect surname for a quarterback, Cannon is probably the best and most pure dual-threat quarterback in class of 2026 (and possibly the state). As a junior, Cannon went 122-174 passing (70%) for 1944 yards with 19 TD and 3 Int, while scoring 18 times on the ground for 1075 yards on 146 attempts. Clearly he can run and make good decisions; however, a concern I had about Cannon was whether or not he is really 6’2″ and approaching 200lbs. College coaches have seemed to confirm that, as he recently racked up offers to universities such as UMass, Buffalo, Dartmouth, Air Force, Navy, Arkansas State, Bryant, Cornell, Princeton, … well yeah, you get the idea at this point.

from Holmdel is an exceptional quarterback renowned for his outstanding touch and precision. Standing at 6’2” and weighing 195 pounds, Jack brings a wealth of talent. His remarkable downfield touch immediately commands attention, and his consistent delivery of accurate throws in the middle of the field is exceptional.
Moreover, Jack is a threat on the run, adept at extending plays with his legs while maintaining exceptional accuracy. His coaching staff trusts him to execute play-action passes, enabling him to showcase his accuracy.
Furthermore, his ability to target the middle of the field, combined with his size, positions Jack as one to watch for the transition from the watch list to a ranked prospect this season. However, to make that leap, he must focus on consistently exploiting tight windows and displaying assertiveness by driving the ball into tight spaces to capitalize on all areas of the field fully.
Jack’s aggressive style also sets him apart, particularly in pushing the ball downfield. To ascend in the rankings, he must confidently demonstrate his ability to handle pressure, especially against blitzes.

could effortlessly transition from a player on the watch list to a ranked quarterback if he successfully showcases his mettle.

- t
- Plays with flow and is at the top of his game when he is moving
- Trusts blocking as evidenced by his willingness to move up-and-around within the pocket; does not enter the scramble drill too soon, yet does possess the ability to escape
- Baits opponents as he approaches the line, keeps eyes down field to put them into a bind
- Keeps composure and can get creative
- Prone to put touch on the ball, relies on good placement of his passes; can throw on the run accurately in either direction
- Will further legitimize himself as he incorporates lower half into his throw, adds arm strength

has lived up to his name thus far in his high school career. A fitting name for a man with the arm strength Jack is equipped with, Jack stayed composed in the pocket all season long as he delivered on time throws with just the right amount of touch to his receivers. Throwing for 1049 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2023, Jack really thrived as a thrower on the run, as his quick release allowed him to get rid of the ball even under severe duress. Complimenting his passing skills with outstanding run capabilities, Jack’s 508 yards on the ground and 7 touchdowns strikes fear into his opponents anytime he is on the move.
