RETURNING STANDOUT

Westside has one of the more unique athletes in Class AA with 2027 ATH/DL Jace Repass, who gives the Renegades plenty of options on offense. Repass has played all over the field during his career and should continue to see creative usage as a senior despite carrying a 6’2 270 frame. The appropriately nicknamed “Rhino” could even get some carries out of the backfield, where his combination of size and athleticism would make him a tough matchup for opponents to handle. He is also expected to see plenty of work at tight end, where he can be a punishing blocker while having enough athleticism to contribute as a pass catcher. Repass is a rare talent for Westside to work with and will be a fun player to watch this fall.

2027 Westside DL Jace Repass brings real force at the point of attack, and it shows up snap after snap. Repass combines strength with quickness to generate power right off the line. He drives offensive linemen backward, collapses space, and creates disruption in the backfield. Repass can win with pure strength, but he also uses his athleticism to keep blockers off balance. That mix allows him to control reps and consistently push the line of scrimmage in his favor.

The Westside Renegades have a very promising young lineman coming up the ranks in Jace Repass Jace Repass 6'2" | 270 lbs | DL Westside | 2027 State WV who was a varsity player as a freshman. Repass is a very strong young athlete with quality 6’2 265 size heading into his sophomore season. He has OL and DL potential and could one day flip to the defensive side of the ball in our rankings depending on future game film. Speaking of film, Repass doesn’t have much of it to evaluate right now, but we’re betting on him to showcase more of what he can do this season and beyond and prove why we’re so high on him at this early stage. His coaches are very high on him and have been since before his freshman year began with clear potential to end up being one of the better big men in the 2027 class.

We’ll learn more about Repass as he gets more film posted, but we’re confident he’ll make his name known sooner rather than later.
