I haven’t mentioned in all the Rarebreed kids in this write up, but Reeder is in fact, another member of the Rarebreeds on this 7th grade Georgia Future Stars roster. I hate to call him “unndersized” at a solid 5-foot-9 and 175-pounds, but compared to some of the giants on this team, he was one of the smaller D-Ends on the field. However, size took a back seat to watching him fire off the edge. Even the biggest Offensive Tackles in the world can’t stop, what they can’t touch. Reeder bent the edge like a magician and was consistently hip-to-hip or past the Tackle on every rep I saw him take. I can easily see him transitioning to an OLB, depending on his growth–because he’s certainly athletic enough to.
