Trujillo made the most of each reception. The 6’1 200-pound senior had 5 receptions for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns. Trujillo has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, good speed, and good change of direction. He has a good release at the line of scrimmage against off coverage, and press jam. He fights through contact against press jam too. He has good separation quickness due to his athletic ability and mental processing. Trujillo uses his very quick feet to adjust on the fly to his route. On a comeback route, he used his shifty feet creating himself open. He has good catching especially in traffic. Goes up, extends over the defensive back to secure it. After the catch, he uses his very good body control to make an emphasis on keeping both feet in bound next to the sideline. I was impressed with how he made the most of each opportunity, and he should end up on colleges radar with his performances week in and week out.

Trujillo is an explosive receiver that has the speed to press the defense vertically and can get corners to open up their hips quickly, getting them out of position. He has soft hands and can come down with catches in traffic or being a good possession receiver and moving the sticks. He is a two-way player that can make an impact on both ends of the ball but is ranked #28 in the state and the #3 Receiver for 2025.

Trujillo is an under the radar player that has the potential to be one of the top receivers in 3A. He is a deep ball threat with his speed and his QB doesn’t have to be afraid of over throwing him as he is able to get some pretty clean releases on most plays. He attacks alignment early and is able to run past defenders, stacking them then adjusting to the ball. He is good with the 50/50 ball and can high point the ball, out jumping the defender. He can be a good possession receiver as well being able to hold onto the ball through contact and moving the chains. He is a touchdown machine and will be someone to keep an eye on this year as he tries to lead the pack again this year in receiving touchdowns.
