De Silva has been one of the top interior rushers across the northern California region for the past couple seasons and has the frame and length to have no shortage of growth potential at the next level. He does a nice job at using his length at the POA and is a heavy striker that does a good job at using his leverage to his advantage, especially for his size. He is solid against the run, can take on double teams/drive blocks well and should find success in the MWC over his college career. The Placer product is currently committed to Air Force and also holds offers from both NAU and Cornell.
