About Isaiah
Expert Analysis
Paul Gregorian | Prep Redzone Scout
Trujillo is a very sound and physical runner especially for a rising junior and one of the best in his class across southern California. He is a north and south runner that squares his shoulders and is tough to tackle once he gets going, bounces off of tackles and never goes down on first contact. He shows good patience to get behind his blocks, has cutback abilities and a third level gear in the clear and is a bigger back that will excel in the right system in college. Trujillo should be on plenty of boards after his Junior season and will fit any FCS program nicely looking for a bigger bruiser at the position and should be atop the rushing ranks across the southern section in 2026.

Trujillo earned Bravo League Player of the Year honors with 13 rushing touchdowns, two receiving touchdowns, 63 tackles, 1.5 sacks, a blocke field goal, a forced fumble and three interceptions.
As a linebacker, he reads plays quickly and has great closing speed to the ball. He’s a very good blitzer and once he gets his hands on the runner, the play is over. Trujillo is tough to bring down as a runner due to his size and is a one-cut-and-go type of runner.
