Mena-Malijan led all San Diego freshmen QBs in passing yards (1,800) and TDs (17) in his debut season with Montgomery. Flashed his natural arm strength and accuracy pushing down the middle of the field and managed the pocket well with good movement and toughness when dealing with pressure. Operates with strong mechanics that should give him great developmental upside as he continues to grow and improve in the coming seasons. Mena-Malijan checked in as the #14-QB in the state in PRZ CA’s recent 2028 rankings debut.
