You couldn’t ask for much more of Isaiah from this game as he made plays on both sides of the ball. He had a TD reception, a nice interception, and even threw for a TD. His passing TD game off a quick swing pass in the backfield where he then hit TE Ameer Anderson in the end zone. his interception was a nice display of anticipation, make up speed and athleticism. He tracked back and went up and got the ball, jumping in-front of the WR to make an athletic catch. Isaiah’s TD reception came on the Howard was on because of his interception. He ran a crisp zig route, sticking his foot in the ground and getting back to the outside for a clean catch. He then turned up field with nice explosiveness running by the rest of the defense for the score.

Overall Isaiah is best as a Slot WR. He shows natural hands, smooth route running and real quick feet. Isaiah gets going once he gets the ball and is a playmaker with it in his hands. I was thoroughly impressed with Isaiah’s game last weekend With no offers his way to my knowledge, he should be an easy PSAC type kid and could be getting some FCS looks if he plays up to that level all year long.
