Sprung brings energy and versatility to the field, contributing at both WR and SS. Particularly at the WR position, he operated most of his reps from the inside slot role. Sprung would flash, making leaping catches downfield, but his YAC ability stands out the most. When playing at the SS position, Sprung did play with a lot of aggressive pursuit and range. Making formed tackles and shooting downhill with speed was a common factor. Nevertheless, Sprung playing down in the box was a factor against the run. More coverage development will only make him a better player.
