Coming out of the 612 and Minneapolis Roosevelt High School, 2027 QB Isaac Kilibarda adds some serious and much-needed depth to the revamped, reinvigorated Roosevelt Teddies program out of the TC Blue District. Up to around 60 players on their 2025 roster, frankly, an unheard of number of players for a Roosevelt program I grew up competing against, Kilibarda manned the backup and JV QB position for the Teddies, but is poised to take over from a graduating starter who the Teddies will see head to college this June.

Kilibarda has reps of him throwing with accuracy to all three levels of the field, and he owns good touch on his downfield passes and throws a good ball on the move and can extend plays outside of the pocket. Plus, he’s a shifty, quick, and elusive as a scrambler and when avoiding pressure around the pocket and can hit streaking WRs in stride when they work vertically. PRZMN will be keeping an eye on Kilibarda and company in 2026!
