About Idrees

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a shifty, physical runner with great hands out of the backfield and break away speed. I am an aggressive route runner that is a hybrid player that can also make great impact at the slot position.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a leader and a hard worker. Leadership is one of my greatest qualities, I lead by example with my hard work during trainining, practice and on the field. I’m also a vocal leader to maintain team morale, energy, and focus.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of my athleticism I am a 4th generation barber. I have learned how to cut hair from my father and have received barbering awards and trophies for participating in events and hair shows. I have also received awards for exemplifying great character at school. I plan to start a barbering club in high school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed skills in public speaking from structured debates in school, barbering from my dad, team captaining from my football teams and I have participated in my families back to school haircuts for the community.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Although It have been a challenge and an adjustment relocating from Philadelphia to Las Vegas. I have excelled in my academics and my athletic training.

What type of college are you looking for?

The ultimate achievement will be to play for a D1 program, however my greatest goal is to gain a scholarship at a University to further my education while continuing to play the sport that I love.

At the 2025 Recruit Vegas Showcase and Combine, Davis conducted himself like a savvy veteran. The only issue is that he is still in middle school! His most impressive event was his 4.5 40 yard dash. He is explosive and smooth. His ability to run routes, track and catch the ball naturally will serve him well. He has similar traits and attributes of TreVeyon Henderson of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Keep your eyes on this class of 2029 RB, it will be fun to watch!
