Dual-threat QB that put up numbers through the ground and the air with 1,600 passing yards and 750 rushing yards. Carroll ended the year as 1st-Team all CNY and was so because of his ability to be electric on his feet in the read option. Above all, Carroll will improvise and make magical throws down the field and outside the pocket. This is a QB that is not afraid to take deep shots and hit his WRs in stride on streaks. Further, he did show reps at the FS position as well.
