Bowlin is a stocky lineman who can play across a center or a guard. He is a gap-filler and can pressure the quarterback. He finished his junior season with 37 tackles, 10 of which came behind the line of scrimmage. He has powerful legs, and they don’t stop. He plays with a low center of gravity. I can see him being utilized on the offensive line as well, especially around the goal line. He looks like he could be in the middle of a rugby scrum or the lead blocker in a tush-push play at the one-yard line. He is ranked No. 98 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026. He was an all-league defensive lineman last year and has an invitation to play in the Hawaii Tiki Bowl in December.
