After an offseason transfer, Hamilton is having a strong season at Ravenscroft. When we first scouted him, we saw a few clips of him on the interior of the offensive line. Right now, he’s playing right tackle, where he’s a dominant run blocker. For the most part, he stays balanced, anchoring well as a pass blocker, though he can get over his feet sometimes when he’s driving as a run blocker. Still, his power profile is simply too much for most high school defenders to handle. He has the footwork to climb to the second level, and he projects as a powerful, versatile lineman at the D2 or FCS level.

North Raleigh Christian puts out a couple of quality college prospects every couple of years, and they may have their best ever in Hamilton. Even since last week’s update, we’ve looked at his film again and can see a guy with the potential to move up in the future. He played last year at around 280 pounds, but has added weight this offseason and looks great in camp and training settings.
