The Lindenwood commit Hendrix Haymes Hendrix Haymes 6'6" | 237 lbs | TE/DL Ozark | 2027 State MO is a fantastic two-way football player from Ozark, Missouri.

Haymes is headed towards his Senior football season after having a highly productive 2024- 2025. Haymes thrives on creating havoc out on the edge for the Ozark tigers, even if he doesn’t make the initial tackle, he does a very good job of keeping that edge and directing the ball carrier back inside so his teammates can rally and make the play. As a pass rusher he shows the ability to snap off the ball and has very long arms to create separation from opposing offensive lineman.

Haymes found himself in the offensive backfield very often, on the offensive side he also found his way into the endzone, he looks to duplicate his success from this following year.

Haymes is a two-sport athlete with a hoops background and 3.7 GPA. Between the white lines, a two way player aligned at Y-TE and DE. He displays quick hands at the catch point moves well in-route and extends for the catch away from the frame. Haymes as great size and combines that with big athlete mobility. With no blocking clips on his tape, it would be easy to assume that is a capability given his measurables, but that will be something coaches and scouts at the next level will look for during camp season. He flashes the capability in the passing game and that gets him Division I looks. He has one DI offer in the pocket.

A newcomer in 2025, Haymes just has the juice to play on the defensive line. He’s also a pretty good pass catcher on offense.

Haymes has entered his junior year with a point to prove. In his sophomore year, Haymes played like a player wise beyond his years; he was a game-changing tight end for the Tigers and posed a mismatch for defenses every time Haymes went out for a pass.

Now, at the midpoint of the 25-26 football season, Haymes has really caught my eye on the defensive side of the ball. Playing this year out on the edge, Haymes has virtually been unstoppable. He’s still working on refining his pass rush moves, and is very raw, but just screams potential for a college program.
