Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
When I’m on the field, I’m all about competing and playing every down. My style is built on strength and sneaky speed, catching opponents off guard. I keep a cool head, using my football IQ to make smart plays and stay one step ahead. I try to lead by example, pushing myself and my teammates to play hard. I think I’d make a great linebacker, but I’m ready to play wherever the coach needs me.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
When I'm on the field, I’m all about competing and giving my best every play. I keep a cool head, even when things get tough, and I’m always thinking ahead, trying to make the smartest moves for the team. I know how to stay focused and use my football IQ to read the game and adjust on the fly.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Outside of football, working part-time, and keeping my grades up, I don't have a lot of extra time. I'm on the honor roll every semester and maxed out my assessment tests. Plus, I'm taking college dual enrollment classes this year, so my schedule is pretty packed.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Starting wrestling at 4 years old taught me early on how important teamwork and commitment are. I learned that success isn’t just about individual effort but also about working together and trusting others. Watching my parents in law enforcement showed me when to lead and when to follow, a balance I’ve tried to apply in everything I do.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
This past fall, I tore my hamstring playing lacrosse. Lacrosse is fun but I love football. I tried to return during the lacrosse season and reinjured my hamstring. This time the injury kept me from Spring football. It was a challenge because I had worked all winter on building my LB skills and this set me back. I worked hard in PT and tried to learn from this experience.
What type of college are you looking for?
I want to play DI or DII football, but school work is very important to me. I want to play for a coach that believes in me and developing their players. I am hoping for a good fit, quality teammates, strong upperclassmen, and a program that supports my future goals.
