Shelman led all return specialists in Iowa with 712 kick return yards in 2024, averaging 28.5 yards per return, and scoring 5 total return touchdowns (4 kick, 1 punt). His ability to change direction and maneuver around defenders so effortlessly is impressive to watch, and when he breaks into the open field, there is simply no stopping him. Shelman’s value should certainly skyrocket heading into his junior season, and I’m really excited to see how he develops over the next few years.
