Hayden Monroe Hayden Monroe 6'2" | 220 lbs | EDGE/LB Carencro | 2028 State LA is the next player on the list. He is someone who has quickly become a top player in the state and is now the leader in the state for QB hurries. He leads the state with 8 and is tied with a handful of athletes, but none of those athletes have the sack total that Monroe has. Monroe is one of my favorite athletes in the state due to the fact that he is violent off the EDGE, and is someone who can disrupt a game on a multi-play basis. I believe he could eventually find himself at the top of the sack leaderboard as well.

Surprise surprise. Are you shocked? I bet not. We just got done talking about Monroe, and while he is currently on the list with three others when it comes to sacks, he is also leading another stat all by himself. He is at the top in the state of Louisiana when it comes to QB Hurries. He has a total of eight on the season, which is the lead in The Boot, and is something that many fail to talk about. Monroe is proving why he is one of the better players in the state as a whole. Keep an eye on this talented prospect.

Hayden Monroe Hayden Monroe 6'2" | 220 lbs | EDGE/LB Carencro | 2028 State LA is someone that I am very familiar with, as Monroe is someone who continues to show up in a positive way, which is something that catches my attention the most. He is already proving to be worthy of a mid-season all-state team. Monroe continues to sack the quarterback at a great rate, which is something that he did in his most recent contest, as he finished the game with two sacks. He also finished the game with a total of six tackles, which is something that I am keeping tabs on. Monroe is a beast and won’t be denied.

Hayden Monroe Hayden Monroe 6'2" | 220 lbs | EDGE/LB Carencro | 2028 State LA is one of the players with the best chance to succeed. Monroe is going to be a player with plenty of opportunities to rise in the rankings, as there is a big gap between himself and Archangel. He ranks No. 2 among all of the EDGEs in the state, while also ranking as the No. 24 prospect in the class. He is a monster off the edge and will be one of the players who will need to be monitored closely, as he could find a way to completely reshape the way he moves with his twitch in terms of speed with more reps.
