Fletcher has had to be patient waiting for the starting spot in one of the top programs in the state but has flashed strong dual-threat ability to start off the 2024 season. At 6’2” 185 lbs. he’s got great command of the position and the offense. Calm in the pocket with good footwork and a well-balanced throwing platform he’s able to hit his spots and place the ball accurately to all three levels of the field. Can mix up velocities and layer the ball over second level defenders to throw a catchable ball to his receivers. Plus athleticism, he’s able to escape pressure and throw on the run or use his legs to move the chains on designed runs/broken plays. A lot to like about his skillset and should see his recruitment on the rise as he’s able to showcase his ability. Offered by Northern Arizona and Western New Mexico.
