The Minnesota-Morris QB commit in Barnum’s Hayden Charboneau Hayden Charboneau 6'2" | 200 lbs | QB Barnum | 2024 State MN was one that impressed me with his quick release on Saturday morning in St. Cloud. Not only was Hayden’s release quick, you could really dive into his fluidity through the speed of his throwing motion that gave off a quarterback that successfully could finish his throws. This young man’s work ethic also impressed me on Saturday as the Cougars are going to like the length and frame they are getting in this 6’2 195 pound quarterback that passes the eye test from a weight room perspective. I think the Cougars scored a small school hidden gem out of Hayden. Twitter

Hayden repeatedly forced his way onto my radar. There were multiple times where his passes had me looking to see who threw the ball. Over and over his accuracy stood out from the crowd. His ball placement based on the route was very impressive. It gave his man a  chance and protected the ball from the defense. On tape, the 6’2″ 207 lbs QB wins with his accuracy. He completed 63% of his passes, and once again the heads up ball placement stood out. It is a huge advantage to have a QB that knows how to protect the ball.
