After a brief transfer to Arkansas, Frampton is back in California playing at Narbonne after completing his freshman season at Buena Park. He’s a dynamic athlete that is an impact player in all three phases at WR, DB, and returner. Possesses very natural instincts and feel for the game no matter where he’s lined up. He’s got the short area quickness and long speed to attack the field at all three levels as a wide out or stay in phase to cover the whole field at corner. He’s a high IQ player that is efficient with his footwork/movement and puts himself in position to be a difference maker. Tons of upside and potential to build on.
